1942 - First woman in South Australia to be a Chartered Accountant by examination (Fourth woman member of Institute)1962 - First woman member General Synod of Church of England of Aus
First woman elected to Board of Electors of the Primate of Anglican Church Australia and elected Representative of the Laity on Church's Missionary & Ecumenical Council.
1971 - First woman in Australia to be appointed to the world wide Anglican Consultative Council
1977 - First woman licence as a Lay Preacher-Anglican Diocese of Adelaide

1978 - Awarded Order of the British Empire for services to women, the Church, Children and the Aged
