Special Achievements:

1895-1900 - One of first women to be practicing dentistry in Australia.
1903 - She became the first woman dental graduate in New South Wales to receive the L. D. S.
1905 - Australia's first woman dentistry graduate (Bachelor of Dental Surgery, University of Sydney).
First woman to be awarded the short-lived Licentiate in dentistry University of Sydney, 1904.

Additional Information:

She adopted the name Annie Praed from about 1886, following a series of scandalous events involving her family.
1901 - Enrolled, with 16 other women, in University of Sydney dental school.
1938 - Received Doctor of Dental Science (D.D.Sc.).
