Special Achievements

• Kim Anson was the first woman General Manager appointed at Waverley Council, New South Wales in its then 141 year-old history (2001).  She has subsequently held senior management roles in government and developed expertise in a range of areas including strategic planning, organisational development and reform, community engagement and social planning. Since 2009, Kim has been the CEO at Elton Consulting.

Additional Information

• Earlier in her career, Kim worked as the community coordinator of the Multicultural Community Council at Yulara in the Northern Territory, as well as working in Indigenous community development in inner city Sydney.
