Special Achievements
- Head of Lookback Section, Red Cross, who discovered the reason some sufferers of non-virulent strain of AIDS virus did not develop into full blown AIDS.
- 1996 - She was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia. She has also been admitted to the degree of Doctor of Medicine, Honoris Causa, at the University of New South Wales for eminent service to the community.

- 2005 - She was a founding member, and then Chair, of the New South Wales Consumers Advisory Committee on Mental Health.
- 2006 - Jenny commenced The Anxiety Disorders Association NSW Inc. to work with state and community groups.
